- Physical description (as required by Florida Statutes Chapter 539)
- Home address and contact information
- Thumbprint or signature, as required
- Description and details of items pawned, bought, or sold
Firearm Transactions — For all firearm purchases and FFL transfers, we collect additional information as required by federal law, including ATF Form 4473 data.
Website — When you visit our website, we may automatically collect basic usage data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and IP address through standard analytics tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:
- To process and document pawn loans, purchases, and sales as required by Florida law
- To comply with federal firearms regulations, including background check requirements

5. Legal Obligations & Law Enforcement
As a licensed pawnbroker in the State of Florida, we are legally required to report all pawn and secondhand merchandise transactions to local law enforcement on a daily basis. This is a mandatory requirement under Florida Statutes Chapter 539 and is not optional.
By conducting a transaction with us, you acknowledge that your personal information and transaction details will be shared with local law enforcement as required by Florida law.
Similarly, all firearm transactions are reported to the ATF as required under the Gun Control Act and applicable federal regulations. Background check results are processed through the FBI's National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).
